Wah akhirnya ada juga yang mengabarkan bahwa kopi itu meningkatkan daya ingat, ngga sia-sia jadi penggemar kopi .. wekeke .. dan masih ada beberapa lagi makanan yang bisa memberikan manipulasi tertentu kepada otak. Mulai dari memperkuat daya ingat, memberikan kecepatan berpikir dll.

Beberapa makanan sudah tersedia di mini market. Dan beberapa masih ngga gitu jelas gimana dapatnya :

  • Kopi, low fat yogurt dan peppermint tea gampang. low fat yogurt bahkan dah ada yang bikin dalam kemasan sekali santap gitu.
  • Arugula, spinach, salmon dan high protein salad ada juga, cuma kayaknya perlu merogoh kocek lebih lebar .. 🙂
  • Blueberries kadang ada kadang sulit .. mungkin ada musimnya ? Nah Flaxseed ini konon adalah pohon linen yang diambil untuk bahan pakaian sedangkan bijinya bisa dimakan dan dibuat obat. Hmm ini ngga yakin ketemu. Tapi kayaknya ada yang ju
    al udah dikemas.

  1. Wahhh, dari dulu dah tau dok kalo kopi itu memang menambah daya ingat, tapi memang sifatnya sebentar / sementara (short-term) :mrgreen:

    iya ya, ga sia-sia jadi penggemar kopi euy… emang pak dokter hoby kopi juga?

    • banget .. dan saya kalo udah 2-3 hari minum rutin, hari berikutnya kalo ngga minum sakit kepala ..
      btw, gimana nih .. hasil ngacak-ngacak css .. 🙂

  2. Blueberry sama dengan karamunting kita ya Gus? Kayaknya mirip. Sayang tanamannya sudah susah dicari di banjarbaru. Padahal dulu kita makan gratis dari hutan belakang rumah.

    • Mun mencarinya di Belitung situ bisa masih ai ada Nov ai .. tapi bujurkah sama lawan karamunting .. kena mencariakan yang lainnya ..
